Front Office Coordinator
Born and raised here in the great PNW, now one of the dinosaurs because we’re becoming extinct! I have also lived in Spanish Harlem, NYC and I spent 5 years abroad in Queretaro, Mexico, teaching English. Practicing my Spanish whenever opportunity arises and traveling when time and money allows. I’ve been to Italy, New Zealand, England and Costa Rica to name a few. Bucket list locations are anywhere in Australia, Africa, India, Japan, Korea…I could go on and on! I love learning about different cultures and people are fascinating to me. That probably would explain why I’m a University of Washington (go DAWGS!) Drama major; a lifelong student of human behavior. Films, music and art are topics I can discuss for hours over coffee. I love to dance and sing and keep active doing things like hiking, climbing, swimming and boxing. Fitness has always been a passion of mine and my current 5 year plan includes getting certified as a personal trainer. Motivating and encouraging people to live their fullest life by fueling their temple with healthy habits including nutrition and exercise is something that drives me. I strive to get better at mindfulness and daily meditation as spirituality and my faith is the utmost important aspect of my life. I’d love to go skydiving and scuba diving some day soon. Finally, my heart currently belongs to my four-legged child, Huckleberry; a rescue hound mix from Dog Gone Seattle.

“Hope…hope in the face of difficulty. Hope in the face of uncertainty. The audacity of hope! In the end, that is God’s greatest gift to us…A belief in things not seen. A belief that there are better days ahead.” – Barack Obama
