Kristian Hill

Licensed Athletic Trainer

Biography:

Kristian Hill, LAT, ATC

LOCATION: SPT-Factoria, SPT-Bellevue

A native from Cleveland, Ohio (Yes, I am a fan of all things Cleveland), I earned my B.S. in Athletic Training from Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania before moving to Virginia where I completed my M.S. in Athletic Training at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. I’m the oldest to my brother and sister, and I’m the father to two doggos, Oakley and Maui. My active lifestyle involves a wide range of activities and sports, so my free time is a never a dull moment! I enjoy being outdoors, participating in or attending sports (every season), and most especially eating, which is probably why I ended up in the PNW.

My clinical experiences have ranged from middle school athletics to the Ontario Hockey League (Erie Otters) to professional baseball where I served as an intern in the Detroit Tigers’ Organization with the Erie SeaWolves (AA). I even served on a task force that implemented mental health protocols for Christopher Newport University student-athletes. As an athletic trainer, I strive to provide both medical care and education to athletes and the physically active in a range of settings. With a practice focused on evidence-based, patient-centered care, I believe in a teamwork approach – I want patients to feel empowered and have a say in their care and ultimate goals.

Personal Quote:

“As a certified athletic trainer, my focus is you, the patient! Not only do I want to help you achieve your physical goals, but I enjoy getting to know my patients beyond that – getting to know the individual behind the ailment or injury. By creating a more personal connection, I hope to gain your trust as we improve together!” -Kristian
