Lizette Arroyo-Dillard
Exercise Specialist/FOC
Biography:
Lizette Arroyo-Dillard, CES, BCS
LOCATION: SPT-Everett
I am originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco – one of the most beautiful cities in Mexico and of course I say that not at all biased. J I am fluent in English and Spanish and am immensely proud of my Mexican heritage. My husband, Allen, and I are college sweethearts and recently celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary! We are proud dog parents to our rescue pup, Rufus, an Olde English Bulldogge who is happiest when he eats and sleeps. Seattle has been home for the last 13 years and I have so much love for all it has to offer from the great outdoors to the fun restaurants and shopping! I am a fanatic of all sports, but running has my heart and recently ran my first marathon with a finish time of 3:45. I owe a huge part of my success to physical therapy for keeping me strong and injury free during training. This is why I am so excited to be a part of the SPT family and look forward to helping athletes, like myself, during training and/or through their healing journey.
