I am a Chicago native who moved to the Pacific Northwest to explore the outdoors and all the amazing activities the region offers. You can find me exploring the trails on my mountain bike, snowboarding, hiking, in the gym, or taking pictures; with the constant stimulation in today’s world, I believe it’s important to step back and enjoy the moments with the amazing people we meet in our lives.

What you can expect from me is a constant positive attitude, working diligently to do everything I can in my control to help you get better. My purpose in life is to benefit the world and the amazing people I have the opportunity to meet! I look forward to meeting you and playing my part in your healing journey.
