Adrian Beltran, LMT

I’m a dad to two active daughters, ages nine and sixteen. They’re both athletic, and my oldest even coaches her little sister’s soccer team, which is something I’m really proud of. Most of my week involves school runs, practices, and keeping up with their energy. I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring Whatcom County, and working on small projects in the garage. I’m an EV enthusiast and someone who likes figuring out how things work, whether it’s a charging setup or a tight muscle group. I read a mix of anatomy, biomechanics, and whatever catches my interest at the moment. I watch a little TV here and there, usually something relaxing at the end of the day. I’m a decent singer, but African drumming is where I really shine…rhythm has always come naturally to me. I wish I were better at drawing or playing guitar, but I enjoy trying anyway. I’m passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and supporting them through their recovery. I enjoy learning, connecting with people, and being part of a team that values care and community. I’m excited to be at SPT and to meet the patients who come through our doors.
