Alex Gregory
LOCATION: SPT-Factoria
I was born and raised in Seattle and played baseball at Pacific Lutheran University, where I earned my degree in kinesiology with a minor in sport psychology. Now, I love using my background to help people stay active, recover from injuries, and reach their performance goals. Outside of work, you can usually find me hiking, crocheting, playing video games, or spending time with my three dogs and axolotl. I also have about 100 plants, so if you ever need a plant care tip, I’m happy to share! I’m passionate about movement—whether it’s lifting weights, playing sports, or simply helping others move and feel better. I’m excited to meet you and work together to get you back to doing what you love!
