Biography:

Anja Jensen

LOCATION: SPT – FERNDALE

Hello! One day in 2024, I decided to move to Bellingham after hearing about its incredible mountain biking, and somehow managed to pack up and leave the same day. Chaotic, impulsive, and one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I grew up playing just about every sport I could get my hands on, including soccer, track, alpine skiing, nordic skiing, and mountain biking. That love for movement followed me to Middlebury College where I nordic skied competitively while studying neuroscience, an experience that shaped how I think about movement, injury, and how the body and brain work together.

I’m definitely addicted to adrenaline, so if I’m not working, you’ll find me riding local trails, chasing big days in the mountains, or backcountry skiing on any mountain or volcano I can find. Night riding has quickly become a favorite since moving to Washington. I love the feeling of flying down a trail, slightly scared, only seeing what’s immediately in front of me, and experiencing the trail in a whole new way.
I’m passionate about helping people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. My background in neuroscience gives me a unique perspective on how the brain and body interact, and I’m excited to bring that knowledge to SPT to help people recover, reach their goals, and return to the activities they love.
