Brendan Murphy
LOCATION: SPT – Lake Stevens
My name is Brendan, and I am thrilled to be working with SPT! I was born in Washington D.C. but raised in the PNW. I completed my associate degree in arts and science at Everett Community College, and I am currently a senior at Western Washington University. I will graduate in Spring 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and exercise science. In high school, I was a regional champion rower at Everett Rowing Association. However, I have shifted focus and am now a dedicated powerlifter with four state records. My greatest passion in life is helping people achieve their fitness goals and live healthy lives. When I am not thinking about the gym or anatomy, I love playing video games and reading science-fiction or fantasy novels. I have dual citizenship in Australia, and I have visited many times throughout my life. Between that and the beautiful PNW, hiking, and backpacking are some of my favorite activities. I am very excited to work with and support you on your journey.
