Biography:

Julia Diaz

LOCATION: SPT – Kirkland

Hello! My name is Julia Diaz, and I was born and raised in Federal Way, Washington. I attended Whitworth University in Spokane, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a focus in nutrition while also playing on the women’s golf team.
I am currently in my first year of graduate school at Bastyr University, pursuing my Master’s in Dietetics with a specialization in Sports Nutrition. Outside of school and work, I enjoy golfing, pickleball, and spending time outdoors. I also love spending time with my family and friends and attending live music events.
I enjoy working with others and building meaningful connections. I believe that movement and proper nutrition are foundations of a healthy lifestyle, while recognizing that those foundations can look different for each individual. I look forward to learning from, collaborating with, and working alongside everyone at SPT!
