Physical Therapist
Biography:
Kayla Lux, PT, DPT
LOCATION: SPT-Everett
I was born and raised in Billings, Montana. I developed a passion for movement and competition at a young age through sports like dance, gymnastics, soccer, volleyball, track and field, and snowboarding. These early experiences sparked my interest in human performance and injury recovery.
I earned my Bachelor of Science with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Montana and completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. Outside of work, I am found playing with my golden doodle (Honey Bunny), going to concerts, exploring the outdoors, watching the Seahawks, and staying active.
While I’m passionate about working with athletes, I also find great fulfillment in helping people from all backgrounds and activity levels. Whether it’s supporting active individuals, people with chronic conditions, or patients recovering from surgery, I strive to deliver holistic care. I consider the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of recovery in every treatment plan. My goal is to create meaningful therapeutic relationships and empower patients to reach goals they never thought possible.
