Biography:

Luke Galloway, ACE-CPT, CSCS, Pn1

LOCATION: SPT-Bellingham, Director of Personal Training

Born and raised in Flagstaff, AZ, I grew up immersed in basketball as a player, coach, and referee. As I transitioned to college, I found myself falling in love with the power of strength and conditioning for athletics, aesthetics, and self-actualization. In 2020, I graduated from the Kinesiology program at Western Washington University as a Health and Fitness Specialist with an emphasis in Sport Psychology. I have been an impassioned Personal Trainer for over 6 years, as well as a dedicated nutrition and strength coach. When I am not in the gym, I enjoy hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, basketball, and pickleball. I am also a hip-hop head, stand-up comedy student, avid reader, and diehard Indianapolis Colts fan. No matter what team you cheer for or what music you listen to, I am here to help you become the strongest version of yourself so that you can excel in your sport, thrive with your family, and fully experience anything life may bring your way!

PERSONAL QUOTE:

“Impossible is just a word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”  -Muhammad Ali
