LOCATION: SPT – Factoria

Hello! I grew up in Colorado Springs in a military family where I spent time as a recreational runner and competitive cheerleader. I went to school in Fort Collins, CO at CSU to get my Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Exercise Science. I spent time as a research assistant, teaching assistant, and exercise instructor. Additionally, I worked as a Stretch Practitioner for 2 years, working hands-on with clients to provide relief from tightness, injuries, and chronic pain. I moved to the PNW to escape the dry weather and land-locked state, and I am so happy to be experiencing the greenery and ocean while still being able to see the mountains I know and love. Outside of work I love playing pickleball, going on walks, doing pilates, and trying new restaurants. I’m so thrilled to be a part of the Sports PT Team!
