Biography:

Sophie Sliger

LOCATION: SPT – Factoria

I was born and raised in Bellevue, Washington and plan to graduate in Spring 2023 from WSU with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. Growing up, I played multiple sports – specifically focusing on competitive volleyball. I value spending time with my family and friends, as well as my goldendoodle Haze and cat Winnipeg. When I am listening to music, it is most likely Post Malone. Being the competitive individual I am, I love to learn and excel in anything I do. This motivation, in addition to the passion I have to help others, is what drives me to work in the health environment. I appreciate and acknowledge the importance of the connection between physical and mental health. I look forward to being able to further my learning of this relationship, as well as help educate others. Go Cougs!

I find great importance in building relationships with my team and clients, as I recognize the impact this can have for myself and others.
